Bubbly Wendy Hurrell presents the weather for BBC London. Describing herself as a ‘frustrated wordsmith’ Wendy started off in local journalism before landing a job behind the scenes at Anglia Television.
She first started to appear in front of the camera when one of the regular presenters went on maternity leave and never looked back. She joined the BBC in 2008.
Sexy Wendy is yet another well educated and multi-talented weather girl and is well known for her very precise and correct use of the English language.
Hot weather babe Lucy Verasamy found herself at the centre of a storm in a teacup recently, when she presented the weather whilst standing in front of a map with large arrows which seemed to be pointing at her natural assets.
Lucy started her forecasting career offscreen at the Press Association before joining Sky and becoming the regular weather presenter on the breakfast show ‘Sunrise’.
Brainy as well as beautiful, Lucy also has an interest in the environment and currently presents the weather forecasts for the ‘Daybreak’ show as well as doubling as the show’s environment correspondent.
Sexy surfing weather girl Becky Mantin disappeared from British TV screens for several months after cracking her head in a surfing accident in Cornwall in 2007.
This sparkling beach babe thankfully made a full recovery, though and presents the weather as part of the ITV National weather team in the UK.
Starting off in radio in Norfolk, she moved into TV with Anglia Television before joining ITV in 2005. She is married to rugby coach Jack Heald.
In October 2001 Lisa was voted ‘sexiest weather girl of all time’ by a Powergen poll of 1000 men – beating Ulrika Jonsson and Denise Van Outen.
Born in Ireland she moved to the UK when she was ten and graduated with a first class Masters Degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University in 1999.
Lisa Burke joined Sky News in October 2000. Alongside weather forecasting, Lisa has presented Technofile and SkyNews.com.
